three ways to reach the office, and what each one suits
Speak to a travel agent in Kansas City by telephone, by email, or on the form below
Twenty six dated departures stand on the board for the year, from $1,615 a person to $4,855, and this page is how you reach this office that books them. The telephone is answered by the person who keeps that board. Writing suits the longer question, and the form at the foot of the page asks it for you.

Three ways lead into this office, and each one suits a different kind of question. All three reach the same desk: you speak to a travel agent in Kansas City who has the board open while she answers, so a question about one dated departure gets settled inside the same conversation instead of the next one.
The street address is 600 SW Jefferson St, Suite 302 in Lee's Summit, MO 64063. Mail arrives there, and so does anybody who would rather look at the board across a table than on a screen. Write or call before coming. There are no opening times printed anywhere on this site, and the reason for that is set out further down.
Where a booking is placed from
Third Coast Dispatch Bookings LLC, known to callers as Third Coast Dispatch, works from 600 SW Jefferson St, Suite 302, Lee's Summit, MO 64063, in the Kansas City metro. Written notes reach bookings@thirdcoastdispatch.com and the office answers on +1 (816) 525-2846.
Not one thing in this trade belongs here, and this office belongs to nobody in it: no aircraft, no rooms, no vessel, no vehicle, and no ownership, agency or endorsement running in either direction between here and a tour operator or an online booking site. No card number is kept, no money is ever owed to it, and no ticket anywhere carries its name. Airfare and sea passage are not sold from here and no agreement is held with any airline or shipping line; where a departure crosses water it is the operating company that holds that passage under its own licence and invoices you.
The telephone
+1 (816) 525-2846 rings at this office. Use it when a date is close and the answer has to be today: twenty six departures sit on the board with all twenty-six dates, several of them run once in the year on a single date, and for those the useful question is whether the company operating that trip still has room this week. A call gets that asked and answered while you are on the line.
Nobody at this number will ask you for a card number, because no money changes hands here at any point. The company that runs the trip bills you directly once the reservation is placed, and this office is paid a commission by that company after you are home. That is worth knowing before you dial, because it means the call has nothing to close.
Writing
bookings@thirdcoastdispatch.com is the address for a new request. It is the better channel when the question has several parts: three candidate months, two travellers, a limit on what the week can cost. Written out, all of that arrives at once and stays readable, and the reply can be read twice.
corrections@thirdcoastdispatch.com is for a reservation already placed. Send a change or a query about an existing booking there and it reaches the person holding that file rather than the general queue. The terms for changing or standing down a booking are set out at the note on changing a booking, and they belong to the company operating the trip.
The form at the bottom of this page is writing with the fields named in advance, which spares a second message asking what the first one left out. If you already know the month you can spare, the twelve months of the board will tell you what leaves in it before you fill anything in.

A deadline instead of hours
Most offices print hours and hope you read them in the right time zone. Hours tell you when somebody might be sitting down. They do not tell you when you will hear back, which is what a person waiting on a date wants to know. So this office states the second thing and leaves the first one unstated.
You will not find a schedule of counter times anywhere on this site, and that is deliberate. Printing one would be undertaking that a particular person is in a particular chair at a particular hour, which is not something a one-room agency can honour every week of the year. The undertaking given instead is about turnaround. Whatever arrives through the form is opened in the order it landed, an answer goes back inside one working day, and on the occasions when an answer needs longer than that you are told so, and told what it is waiting on, before the day is out.
Every request that arrives, on any of the three channels, is answered within one business day. A request sent late on a Friday is answered on the Monday. If the answer needs the operating company to confirm something first, you are told that inside the same deadline rather than left in silence until it clears.
Who starts the conversation
This office answers. It never rings you first, and it never sends a text message. If your number is on a request, it is used to reply to that request and for nothing else. Anyone who calls you claiming to be from here, when you have not written first, is not from here.
The same holds for email. There is no mailing list to get off, because there is no mailing list. When the trip is over, the file closes.
Choosing between the three
Telephone, since a close departure needs a same day answer
bookings@thirdcoastdispatch.com, where the whole list can be read in one go
corrections@thirdcoastdispatch.com, which reaches the person holding that file
The form below, which asks the questions in order
Third Coast Dispatch Bookings LLC is the company on file with the Missouri Secretary of State and the name on every reply that leaves this office. Third Coast Dispatch is the name it works under. The sequence from a first message to a confirmed reservation is written out step by step at what happens between your note and a confirmed date, the questions that come up most often are answered at the awkward part of the file, and a request with dates in it can be started at asking for a price against your own dates or on the form here.
Put a departure in front of the office
Open 24/7, this form will take a booking request whenever you write it. Nowhere on it is a card number requested and nothing is charged, because no money is ever owed to this office. Whatever reaches the form is opened in the order it landed, and an answer goes back inside one working day.
Nowhere on this page is a card number requested, and none is kept by this office anywhere. Writing costs you nothing and ties you to nothing. Asking is not the same as holding: your date belongs to whoever asks next until the operating company has confirmed it on paper and you have read what it requires of you.
