Twenty six dated departures stand on the board, priced from $1,615 to $4,855 per person, and the form at the foot of this page is how you ask about any of them. Six fields decide whether the first reply comes back as a figure or as another round of questions, so this page goes through them one at a time. Every request that arrives is answered within within one business day.
You can request a trip quote 24/7 on this page, because a form needs nobody sitting behind it at three in the morning: it holds what you type until a person opens the queue. What comes back is decided almost entirely by what you put in. There are six fields, and the form will send with four of them empty; the answer then comes back carrying questions instead of a figure.
Start at the board rather than at the form. Twenty six departures stand on it: five run once in the year on a single day, seven over a week of starts, eight through one named month, six for most of the year. Two places appear twice, in different months, at different prices. Naming one turns your request into arithmetic somebody can finish in an hour. The board is at the whole board, all twenty-six departures, and the same twenty six month by month at the board month by month.
Six fields, and what each one does to the answer

free text, and the most useful field on the form. Two lines about knees, altitude or a flight you already arranged move the answer more than the other five.
The fourth field is the one everything hangs on. Name a departure and somebody can open the operating company's current sheet for that date, count your beds against it, and write back with a per person figure, what sits inside it and what you settle separately. Write "somewhere warm, maybe March" and none of that is possible, so the reply is a note asking which two of the twenty six you are between, and a day has gone. If you are undecided, name two: two figures side by side is an ordinary reply.
The room field is the one people leave vague and then feel misled by. Every figure printed on this site is per person on the basis of two people sharing one room, because that is the basis the operating companies quote in. One person in that room alone does not pay half of two, and on a nine room guesthouse the single can decide whether there is a bed at all.
Flexibility belongs in the same field, as one clause: whether your dates can move. On the five departures that run once, they cannot. On the long ones the month itself changes the number, sometimes by a third between the shoulder and the middle of the season. A date somebody else has already fixed for you closes more of the board than anything else you can tell us.
The queue between your send and the figure
A request is read by a person and routed by nothing. That person first checks whether the departure is still open on the operating company's side for the month you named, because a board can be right on a Tuesday and wrong by the Thursday. Your party shape then goes against their current sheet, which produces the per person figure, what it carries and what it leaves out. Every request is answered within within one business day, including the ones answering that the week is full.
The reply is a plain email with numbers in it: the company that runs the week, the dates, the per person figure at your party size, what sits inside that figure, what you settle separately, and the terms that apply if you step away later. Getting yourself to the start point is your own arrangement, and the email says what that has cost other people this year. Why sending this reserves nothing yet
The form is a question with your name on it. It puts nothing on hold, it enters you in no line, and it obliges you to nothing whatever. A reservation begins to exist only when you have read a written figure, said yes to it in writing, and the operating company has confirmed the rooms on its own paperwork. No money moves through this office at any stage.
